- CFD risk. Contracts for difference (CFDs) are complex instruments and carry a high risk of rapid loss of money due to leverage. According to figures published by CFD providers, the majority of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs. iKredo neither offers nor intermediates CFDs; it only presents the public list of instruments traded on the Trading 212 platform, with which it has no contractual relationship.
- Third-party data. Prices, volumes, statements, documents and reports originate from third parties (Yahoo Finance, SEC EDGAR, exchanges, issuers), are delayed, and are provided without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness or timeliness. The Heat, Heat-forecast, SEXY and BOLD indicators and the iKredo indices are derived values calculated according to the published methodology. Historical values and past performance are not a guarantee of future development.
- Translations. The Czech versions of documents and reports are machine translations produced by a language model; they may contain inaccuracies; the original always prevails.
- AI Analyst. Language model outputs may contain errors, outdated or fabricated information. iKredo supplies them with sources, with the Skeptic and Auditor roles and with an evaluation of predictions, but does not guarantee their accuracy.
- Virtual portfolios do not work with real money; their results cannot be transferred to real trading (spread, slippage, fees, liquidity, overnight financing).
- Conflict of interest. The Operator, members of its bodies and its collaborators may hold positions in the instruments featured on the website. iKredo does not trade on behalf of users and does not receive any remuneration from issuers for displaying them.
- Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any harm arising from the use of the content or from reliance on it; liability for harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence cannot be excluded (Section 2898 of the Civil Code).
