iKredo Community Rules

1. Objectivity and courtesy. We discuss data, methods and instruments; personal attacks, insults and discrimination are not permitted.
2. No tips and no manipulation. It is prohibited to recommend specific trades to other members, to "pump" instruments, to coordinate purchases or sales, and to disseminate false or misleading information (Articles 12 and 15 of MAR). Each member decides for themselves.
3. Non-public information. It is prohibited to publish or use inside (non-public) information about issuers and personal data of third parties.
4. Members' area content stays inside. Data, analyses, translations and Analyst outputs are not shared outside the members' area; access credentials are not provided to other persons.
5. AI is AI. Analyst outputs shared in the community are labelled as AI output and presented with their sources.
6. Reporting. Report breaches of the rules to [email protected].
7. Sanctions. Warning → temporary restriction of the account → termination of membership (Article 4.2 of the GTC). The Operator decides on sanctions; the member has the right to respond.
