Terms of Use of the iKredo Website and Tools
Effective from 12 October 2026 (beta version 1).
1. Operator and scope
1.1 The operator of the website www.ikredo.com, of the members' area and of the iKredo tools (hereinafter the "website" and the "tools") is KREDO Digital Finance a.s., Company ID No. 09062530 (hereinafter the "Operator").
1.2 These Terms govern the use of the public parts of the website and, together with the General Terms and Conditions of Membership (the "GTC"), the use of the members' area and the tools. The tools mean in particular: the Heat, Heat-forecast, SEXY and BOLD indicators, the iKredo indices, the virtual portfolios, the instrument data warehouse (data, documents and their translations) and the Analyst – an environment in which a language model (AI), at the member's instruction, searches for, sorts and summarises information on instruments, calculates indicators and records predictions.
1.3 By using the website, the user confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
2. Nature of the content and tools
2.1 All content of the website and all outputs of the tools are of an informational, analytical and educational nature. They do not constitute investment recommendations or investment research within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse (MAR) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/958, nor an investment service under Act No. 256/2004 Coll., on Capital Market Undertakings. The Operator is not a securities dealer, an investment intermediary, an investment adviser or a payment service provider, and is not subject to supervision by the Czech National Bank.
2.2 The tools do not take into account the financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance of any particular user. Every investment decision is made by the user solely and at the user's own risk.
2.3 The Analyst uses language models. Their outputs may contain inaccuracies, outdated data or fabricated information ("hallucinations"). The Operator supplies the outputs with sources, with the Skeptic and Auditor roles and with an evaluation of predictions, but does not guarantee their accuracy or completeness. An Analyst output is always labelled as an AI output, and the user is obliged to verify it before any use.
2.4 The Analyst's predictions are a training record (direction, range, confidence, timestamp, hash) and serve to measure the quality of the model, not as a basis for trading.
2.5 The data originate from third parties (Yahoo Finance, SEC EDGAR, exchanges, issuers, Trading 212 – public list of instruments), are delayed in accordance with the source, and are provided without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Czech translations of documents and reports are machine translations; in the event of a discrepancy, the original prevails.
3. Permitted use
3.1 The user may use the website and the tools for their own non-commercial informational and educational purposes.
3.2 In particular, the following is prohibited: automated downloading of content (scraping, bots, bulk queries) beyond ordinary browsing; circumventing technical restrictions and access rights; sharing access credentials; interfering with the operation of the website; further distribution, sale or publication of data, indicators, analyses and Analyst outputs without the Operator's written consent; using the tools for market manipulation, dissemination of false information or any other unlawful conduct; entering personal data of third parties or non-public information into the Analyst.
3.3 The user is responsible for the content of their instructions to the Analyst and for ensuring that carrying them out does not infringe any legal regulations or the rights of third parties.
4. Intellectual property
4.1 The designations iKredo, Heat, Heat-forecast, Swan, SEXY, BOLD and the iKredo indices, the methodology, formulas, databases, software, texts, graphics and logo are protected by copyright, by the sui generis right of a database maker (Section 88 et seq. of the Copyright Act) and by rights in designations. The methodology is published so that results can be verified, not for free use.
4.2 The names of third parties (Trading 212, Yahoo Finance, SEC EDGAR and others) are given for reference only; the Operator is not their partner or representative.
4.3 The user obtains a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content to the extent set out in Article 3; any other use requires written consent.
5. Availability, changes and beta operation
5.1 The website and the tools are provided "as is". The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors or the continued availability of any particular function; it may change, suspend or discontinue the content, the tools and these Terms at any time.
5.2 Beta version: functions, formulas and data may change without prior notice; changes to formulas are always versioned.
5.3 Changes to these Terms are announced by publication on the website and, in the case of members, by e-mail at least 30 days in advance.
6. Liability
6.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any harm arising from the use of the website or the tools or from reliance on their content, in particular for the user's investment decisions, loss of profit, loss of data or interruption of operation. This does not affect liability for harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence (Section 2898 of the Civil Code) or consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract.

7. Personal data protection and cookies
The processing of personal data and the storage of data in the browser are governed by the separate documents Privacy Policy and Cookies.
8. Final provisions
8.1 Legal relations are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. The courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction to decide disputes; a consumer may use out-of-court dispute resolution before the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI).
8.2 If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions are unaffected.
8.3 In the event of a discrepancy between language versions, the Czech version prevails.
